I started C25K about 2 weeks ago and every time I run my knee starts hurting really, really bad. I try to run every other day.. so by the second day it isn't bad but then I run again and it starts hurting. Should I stop running? Or is it okay? Right now it hurts really bad whenever I put a little bit of weight on it. I tried doing different stretched but nothing has seemed to help. Any suggestions as to what I should do?
