I just started using the bottle today. I shook the bottle first, but the product is still separated in the bottle. Is there anything else I can do?

I'll contact the manufacturer for you, and let you know what they say!

The mfgr suggests: (When shaking the product to recombine,) instead of pumping your hand straight up and down, please tell the customer to hold the bottle in the middle and turn her wrist back and forth.
