so wat ive been doing, or using lately: rosemary infused olive oil. im been using this like mad, for sealing my ends, rubbing it in my scalp etc.
ive also heard that aleo vera is a good help as well, so ive been using that in hair masks. lately my new "thing" is that ive been making a scalp scrub using pumpkin seed oil and ginger juice as a base. so far i cant swear that anything works, but bout a month ago i noticed for the first time in my life that i have new growth, and ive been feeling little baby hairs all over my scalp, so i must be doing somthing right
my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

I think that aloe vera works, and massaging your scalp when washing works too.
Try doing handstands too-- it sounds random but it gets more blood flow to your head, and helps out your folicles
it just takes ALOT of time:clock: and patience-- hair only grows around .5 inches a month
