Big Headband Probs

Hello All:hello2:,

I did another Mini Chop last night (Yay! Pictured Below) I'm suprised by how comfortable I am with the length. Everything was going Great... until I realize that my favorite headband makes my head look HUGE. Not a good look. Since I am an Headband Queen:

Any suggestions on maybe certain kinds of headbands that tend to look better with shorter hair (?)

I think the tiny narrow ones would look great, colored plastics, metals and beaded ones.

Are you sure your favorite headband makes your head look that huge? Of course it probably looks different than what you were used to, but it might just be a matter of getting used to the new combination of favorite headband+BC.

Do you have a pic of you wearing your fave headband with your new cut that you could post? It might help for people to have an idea of what's working/not working with the look so they can post suggestions.

And btw, I really like your hair! It looks quite nice without a headband! :)

Actually, I really like the headband and how it looks with your BC! Of course I'm sure it looks different than what you're used to, but it's really nice! Then again, new stuff is always fun -- If you do buy new, thinner headbands, they might be fun for switching up your new look from time to time. :D

ETA -- You know, big headbands that are even a little more ornate might be a really decorative look, too!

Check out Bargainheadbands.com. Their not to wide large and not to narrow, but they look really good on short hair. I have a few headbands from violet love and they have the flexibility to keep really think or roll it to be thin. I hate when they're really thick because it looks like I'm trying to look like someone from the 60's. Your hair is adorable and I'm sure both thick and thin headbands would look great. From one headband queen to another, you can never have enough!
