does the no-poo method work for wavy hair?

I recently discovered this site and was curious about the no-poo method and was wondering if it worked well with wavy 2b hair.

I'm a 2, and I go low poo. Your hair may be more dry, or coarser than mine, in which case you could try no poo.

I've got fairly fine-textured hair, and no-poo makes it flat.

Low poo is a small sized amount of shampoo?

I'm gonna try the no poo method and see how it works out.

Low-poo is a type of shampoo; it lacks sulfates, among other drying ingredients. Generally, low-poos don't lather as strongly as regular shampoos.

I'm a 3a/2c, and I've been very low poo (once a week) for over two months. My hair's never been happier. More moisture, curl/wave definition, softer, less frizz. Also the one time a week when I do poo, I use AO Island Naturals Frizzy Shampoo. I would highly reccommend that. You have to squirt out a lot of it at a time to get a good lather (which is to be expected being about as low poo as you could possibly get), but if you only use it once a week like I do, it still lasts forever anyway.

Can I find AO Island Naturals Frizzy Shampoo in Rite Aid? My hair's a little above shoulder length and after my next trim I'm going to grow my hair out.

Are there any products/tips you guys would recommend for my hair? I already use garniers curl construct mousse.
