My Honey Rinse + ACV Rinse

I started the CG method today. As part of my day 1 clarification, I of course did an ACV rinse and a honey rinse. I used the "standard" recipes for both, as below:

ACV rinse:
2 C. Water
2 TBSP. Apple Cider Vinegar
-I used bottled water for this, even though it probably didn't matter since I live in an apartment with hard water...but just in case I used purified/filtered water.
-I put it in a large red disposable cup and just kinda dumped it over my hair.

Tip for future ACV rinse: Get a large hair dye bottle and apply it that way. I think I wasted most of it down the drain. And I also got some in my ear. So next time, I will apply with a hair dye dispensing bottle.

Honey rinse:
1 C. Water
1 TBSP. honey
-I filled up a pyrex measure with 1 c. room temp bottled water, then squeezed in/eyeballed 1 TBSP.
-I popped it in the microwave for 40 seconds
-Stirred it up until there were no more little honey floaties, then filled 2) 8 oz. travel bottles with the solution. I have one more treatment for when I co-wash later this week.

Tip for next time: It smelled very mild. Couldn't really tell it was on my hair, so wondering what a bit more would do. Maybe I'll try 1-1/2 TBSP. next time. This would also work well in a hair dye dispensing bottle, but not essential since I used a bottle with a flip and snap cap.
