Just did my first Callanetics dvd...

and I have to say the attire was a little distracting!
Men in peach tanktops with matching slouchy socks....

Leotards who apparently didn't have linings in them in the 80's....nipples galore all over the place...

And the little Callan Pickny bio at the end...."naturally" was cracking me up.

I felt a little silly doing the "super exciting pelvic rolls" but some of the moves were pretty tricky....haven't made a judgement on whether I love it or not...we shall see...

That is so cool. I love Callanetics, but yes it is from the 80's. Personally, I don't find the attire distracting. But if you ever do Super Callanetics the guy with the curly hair is sooo sucking up to Callan that he bugs me.

Check out the exercise board on the Low Carb Friends forum. There are tons of tips on how to do the exercises correctly in the monthly logs and especially in the Before/After thread. Last time I looked that one was pretty far down the page, it could be on page 2 by now.
