Blue black dye and low porosity

Hello

Two questions

1. What is a good brand of blue-black dye? I dyed my hair regular black with Natural Instincts (demi-permanent) but I want something more interesting and shiny lol. (Google doesn't do a good job of recognizing "blue black")

2. If I use permanet dye will my hair become highly porous? Low porosity is annoying and I was hoping the demi would lift my cuticles up but it only helped a teeny tiny itsy bitsy lil bit. Lol my hair is very coarse so I don't need my porosity to be super low too.

omg i love this color!!! i used to use one by loreal 100% color and had a beautiful blue tint to it but since relocating im unable to find that brand, only other that even compares is the revlon colorsilk brand even being super cheap its the only color that claims to be blue black and really have a blue tin. hope that helps!
