my goals are to gain and distribute 10-15 lbs of weight to my body.
my arms, breasts and torso repel fat while my butt and thighs are lumpy reservoirs for fat.
hopefully weights will help lift what is attempting to fall down.
through regular exercise and increased intake of healthy food, i hope to look and feel better about myself.
oh, and i want to be able to run in the atlanta peachtree roadrace this year.

instead of skipping meals, i plan to eat 3 meals a day (instead of one time) and excercise once a day (instead of a couple of times a month). i plan to run at least 4 times a week.

my current weight is: 120 lbs.
my goal is: 130-135 lbs.
my height is: 5'8" - in case someone thinks my weight is normal, it's not for my height, i'm sick of it. I WANT TO FEEL SEXY FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE!!

    uh...i've worked out some...i haven't changed my one meal a day habit yet. :oops:
    this is harder than i thought.

    Have you tried making the meals smaller? Or is it something else that is hindering you, maybe a lack of time or habit?

    okay, so, i'm still not disciplined about my workout routine. it's like, two days work out, 5 days do nothing. don't those 2 day count for something??
    the latest update is that i'm officially 124 lbs., yay!
    however, my body is a ball of skinny flab despite the fact that i've been going to the gym and running (for 2 days, lol).

    Those 2 days count! Sounds a lot like my frequency. It will change.

    Hey girl!

    Can I join you? I want to gain about 15-20 pounds, and just joined the gym this week. I plan to go 3 times a week--4 if I am so blessed with childcare on the weekend. I worked out Wednesday--10 minutes on the Gauntlet, then worked by Legs, Arms, and Abs.

    I eat 3 meals a day, and my goal is the keep that consistent, and to add high calorie mini meals or snacks and a smoothie daily.

    PM me if you want to exchange info about workout programs, etc.
