What type of soap works best for you? Can you notice a difference? Where do you buy your soap from?

I tried switching over to the Burt's Bees acne wash (I forget the exact name) and unfortunately, I got worse results! It's funny, because I do better with natural/organic hair products and I've also switched over to natural hand soap and body wash. But because I have severe acne (I'm using too different topical creams right now), the Neutrogena acne scrub with grapefruit extract (again, I don't know the exact name!) has worked the best, and luckily it doesn't have any silicones or sulfates or anything! I think it may have propylene glycol, but I'm not even sure it has parabens!
I'm considering trying Dr. Bronner's castille soap with tea tree oil, which is an organic option.
Hair Type: I was thinking thick, fine 3A, but honestly I have no clue! I do know I have a super flat top, and frizz on the sides.
No - Poo Shampoo: Kiss My Face Whenever Shampoo
Conditioner: Burt's Bees More Moisture Condish
Products: Kiss My Face Upper Management Gel, AG Recoil Curl Activator

I've noticed a difference with Moroccan red clay soap. Its sort of tightened my skin, but mostly help dry out some eczema and makes my skin feel really smooth. I got it from a vendor at a festival, but you can order it online.

I use Chagrin Valley's shampoo bars on my body as well as well as my hair.

Yes, I do notice a difference. I have KP on my upper arms, legs, face and upper back. I spread some virgin coconut oil on my body for moisture, let it sit for several minutes, and then use a shampoo bar in conjunction with my Clarisonic (using the body brush). It works amazingly well and keeps my skin soft, smooth, and clear. It's not drying at all.
Cleanser: Liquid Castile Soap diluted in a foaming soap dispenser
    ACV rinse
Oyin Handmade Greg Juice or Juices and Berries
Stylers: Botticelli Botanicals Styling Mudd, KCCC, Honey Rinses and BRHG, Crack Leave-in Hair Cream when straightening

Tools: Silk pillowcase, Floursack towels, Jersey T-Shirts, Wide Tooth Comb, Velecta Paramount TGR-VQX Hair Dryer (for when I straighten) and BaByliss PRO Ionic Rollabout Hard Hat Dryer

I love olive oil soap (in bricks). It's great. Unfortunately, finding a good olive oil soap can be expensive.

I really, really want to try African black soap on my hair and body.
Hair type: Mostly 3C, medium porosity to high porosity depending on the day, dense, fluffy, dry, tangly!

I use African Black soap from Ghana. Works wonders for me. I don't have acne prone skin. I have combination skin (tends to get oily in T-zone. I rarely have breakouts.

My skin is softer and not stripped. And I also like it for my hair.

I use the natural soaps kathymack (a member here) sells. They are wonderful. I have Rosacea and they are so soothing to my skin. I use them for both hair and skin.

Kiss My Face makes a 100% olive oil soap bar and it's like 2 bucks per. I have seen it at the Vitamin Shoppe and similar places.

Also, I second African Black Soap, but the real, vegetarian kind, or neem soap, which helps with acne as well.

I'm using a goats milk soap, but I don't know who makes it. I got it in the natural section in Shaws. It's a little more drying than my usual Dove, but it's worth it.

It says on the package that goats milk balances the alkaline in your skin.
