Help! cones/sulphates.. :S

I ran out of curl cream this week and asked my mum to pick some more up. I asked for a specific one which I know is CG, but it wasn't in stock, so she bought a different one - turns out it's not CG :(

I have to use it, because my mum always likes to know I use what she gets me... so what's the best way to deal with this?

Is there any way of getting rid of cones in your hair other than sulphates??

Thanks :)

You can remove some cones with a low poo. There's an ingredient in a low poo something tht starts with C and B. I forgot what it is. Lol. But it has some cone removing power.

ETA: Cocomidapropyl Betaine is the ingredient. i found the link

What cone is it? Do you low poo? Low poo gets out most cones. HTH
Sort of CG sometimes, but not really
2B, medium? normal porosity and elasticity?
