Newbie question: confused about what my daily care regimen should look like

Hi, everyone! I have pretty classic 3a hair with average to low porosity -- haven't done the tall-glass-of-water test, just guessing from how much gel and conditioner I tend to use. I've been reading up, and I can't seem to figure out whether I should be co-washing, spritzing with a moisturizer + emollient spray, *and* using a leave-in conditioner every day, or just one of those three, or some other combination. Could somebody more in the know than I possibly clear this up for me?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
Thick, medium-fine hair with normal to low porosity and normal elasticity.

Once-a-week wash: Kinky Curly Come Clean
Leave-in: Kinky Curly Knot Today, Shea Moisture Curl & Style Milk, or Shea Moisture Restorative Conditioner
Product: over KCKT, Dove Define & Shine. Nothing over Shea Moisture products.
2nd-day refresher: Kinky Curly Spiral Spritz
Plus occasional salt-water baths about three or four days after a wash.

It's all an individual thing. Here's a blog that might help you get started: The College Curly: Laura Lee's All In One Guide to Going CG: Now Revised and Updated!

I wet, rinse out and style every day. Started out cowashing and thought I was doing fine. When the natural soap/shampoo bars were really popular, I FINALLY tried one--and all I can say is WOW. My hair loved it. Through trial and error, I found that my hair likes the more natural products--so that's what I use. I also rotate products, seldom using any one product more then twice a week.

Find folks with hair like yours and see what they use (most of us have it in our signatures.)

Another good thing to do is to read the stickies at the top of each forum. There's a wealth of information.

I have been reading here forever and just over the last six months figured out what my hair needs. Foryears I was overconditioning. Nw, I wet and cowash with V05 Tea Therapy. No rinse out or leave-in. I tehn use a small amount of CCCC Lite and CIAB, plop and then scrunch in a bit of gel. Super easy and my hair is finally SHINY! I have been getting so many compliments! I have no idea what my hair porosity or type is, but it is so happy!

    3A - I think!

I like to use, but not all at once: :)
Wash: V05 Tea Therapy or CJ Daily Fix
Condition: CJ Curl Rehab (apply as needed, not daily)
Style: CCCC Lite, CIAB, and BRHG. KCCC is my #1 product

Thanks! I just went on a hair-supply spree -- I'm now sleeping on a satin pillowcase and co-washing daily with Yes To Cucumbers conditioner, plus shampooing with Organix Cherry Blossom Ginseng weekly. I tried adding gel one day and found my hair looked somewhat greasy and heavy, so now I'm just leaving about half the conditioner in -- at least until my hair gets longer than four inches all around. And I've got giant jars of aloe juice, agave nectar and coconut oil in the garage waiting for bad hair days! (My partner is an actress and a pretty classic 2a, so she's already benefited from an aloe/agave/EVOO deep conditioner with tea tree and peppermint. Mwahahaha.)
