hair stalking

I saw a woman in a store the other day with a super cute hair style and I so wanted to take pictures of it, but I didn't, and now I'm kicking myself because I'd love to take the pics to my stylist. I'm sure if I asked politely it wouldn't have been *too* weird.

LOL Sometimes I feel like doing just the same thing until my Husband stops me and bursts my bubble...

I have started a small talk asking where she got her hair done and how does she style it. I think it comes across as a compliment and I'm sure by then whoever it is won't mind me taking a pic to take to my hairstylist.

I was thinking about this. What a wonderful opportunity to make that woman feel like a rock star/hair model than to boldly go (yeah, I split that infinitive!) up to her and tell her how much you were admiring her hair and ask who cuts it or what sort of cut it is?
And then if you went to that salon, to tell the stylist how you saw this person with the really cute hair and just had to know where she got it done.
I think you'd be slathering your community with good Karma and word-of-mouth business (which is the best kind).
I think that would be very cool.

I normally don't have a hard time complimenting anyone on anything, but I feel like asking someone where she got her hair done and/or if I can have a picture is like taking someone's hair intellectual property. But, I am definitely going to do it next time, because the regret is worse than the temporary embarrassment.

Well, in that case, you'd be hearing from their lawyer:laughing9:
