    Right now, I'm sitting in:
Fresh avacodo, coconut milk and banana. Blended very well. Plasic shower cap, plopping towel (old tshirt ;)) and wrapped a heating pad around my head. This is a new one, can't wait to rinse and see the results :D

Sorry I didn't reply to you sooner. I normally don't visit this part of the forums!

    To answer your question...
I will leave it on my hair for at least 20 minutes up to a couple of hours (with a plastic shower cap). I will then rinse it out. I don't shampoo out my deep treatments because I think that's just a waste. :D I actually do my deep treatments AFTER shampooing.

You can use honey instead. Works (and tastes!) the same. :)

    1 cup coconut cream concentrate
1/3 cup whole leaf Aloe Vera Juice (I substituted this for Coconut Milk)
1 Tbsp Unrefined Organic Coconut oil
    2 Tbsp Jojoba Oil
    3 Tbsp Honey.

It should be thick and body butter-like. I don't like runny stuff because then I have to apply more. I love this deep conditioner, it's my favorite and pretty cost effective seeing as how I have every ingredient already on hand in bulk besides the coconut cream, which can be costly depending on who you buy it from.
4a high density, low porosity, coarse hair.
