Hey my fellow curlies I was in Sally beauty supply today I was just browsing around for some new hair products and the lady that works there started to ask me some questions about the products I use now and I told her one of the products I use is tresemme all natural silicone free conditioner and that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and she looked at me like I said I LOVE CRACK or something, she went into detail about how I shouldn't use it that its totally bad for my curls, now my question to you beauties is have or are you currently using the same conditioner as I and if you've seen any negative results by using the product????!!

I use the moisturizing one an it seems fine. I don't love it but it does the trick. I am almost done the bottle and haven't noticed anything bad about it. I'm interested to know why she would think it's bad...

Bad for you? Wonder why? :glasses9:
Although it doesn't detangle my hair as well as other brands I've used as a co-wash, my hair loves it as a leave-in.
As long as it works for you...

I love it! It's the best conditioner I have for detangling. My second bottle is almost finished; I've been using it since November with no adverse reactions.

@Pocohontas Yes!! You really need to try that one..it made my hair feel so soft. I even use it as a leave-in sometimes.

I wonder why its 'bad'. I use it for cowashing and detangling , though for the latter , more slip would be an added bonus.

I am on my 2nd bottle , I've used the two types and it makes my hair feel soft

I've used both of the Tresemme Naturals conditioners and I love them. Never had a problem with either of them.

Don't know what she was talking about.

I use the moisturizing one. It's good for cowashes but I don't like it for a leave-in. No bad effects.
Yes, it's real. No, you can't touch it. :wav:

I've tried the moisturizing one and it worked GREAT!! But I hate that it smells like grass. I can't stomach that scent.

Does the sweet orange one SMELL citrusy? I might try that one.

I don't no I've been using both of them on and off for a year or more and my hair love them. Maybe she was just trying to sell you something? I don't know.

Sounds like someone wanted to make a sale to me... I am not aware of things in them that are bad, unless maybe she was referring to parabens, which are somewhat carcinogenic. I have used 3 different varieties (smoothing, nourishing, volumizing) and all of them are fine for me. I use them as leave-ins. They are not the total bomb, but they are reliably good, and don't interact badly with any styling products I have so far.

I LOVE the smoothing one with coconut & jojoba oils! I'm on my ump-teenth big bottle & it never fails to impress me. I often use as a leave-in with good results.
