I am hoping to find a recomendation for a cut under $75.
As much as I would love to go back to Devachan, or try Carlos @ Mario Diab, it just isnt in my budget as I like to get cuts every 10-12 weeks
any suggestions?

go to suffern and get a cut from rapunzel (debbie) she is deva trained and very reasonable

Would you ever used one of the junior stylists at Devachan White Plains? Is there someone you would recomend and do they charge $80 or $85?
I thought I saw the name Telma floating around but I do not know her....
