Pixie cut advice?

hufflepuff23hufflepuff23 Posts: 3Registered Users
Hey everyone!

I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for some advice. I've always wanted to get a short pixie cut, but I've never been sure it would look good with my face/hair. I have a roundish/heart-shaped-ish face, with dark brown 2b-ish hair (although sometimes parts are a little straight and others are even curlier). Does anyone have any pictures/advice?

Thanks!

Here is a recent thread on the subject with a happy pixie ending.

If you have a heart shaped face, that sounds perfect for a pixie.

I've had pixie cuts in the past (before finding out I had wavy hair) and really liked having them a lot. I think they're adorable and sexy but it is a big comittment since the growing-out stage can be a major pain. I'd suggest finding some pictures of pixie cuts you like then having a consultation with your stylist. If you've never had short hair before, you might want to cut it in stages so it's not a total shock. Good luck!!!:notworthy:

I agree Hippiechicc, they are a huge commitment. HUGE. They are fun when you get it but one you decide to grow it out, not so fun anymore. Thankfully, I am past the worst of it now. GL!!! post pics if you do it:)

And I love that you knew it was AVPM without me even saying it. Wanna be friends? :P Not enough of my friends are into it like I am. Well, my co-worker finally saw it and we were quoting from it yesterday. There are soo many memorable lines in it (and the sequel)!

Lucius: OMG Umbridge, stop texting me!
Umbridge: Did you get my text? Well you didn't text me back!

    Ha ha ha!
