Alcohol free hair spray? (sorry if its redundant)

Okay - I have tried to look on here for a good alcohol free hair spray - and can't find one by doing the search or going through the threads.

I was getting ready to go buy Giovanni LA spritz today - but I've seen some negative reviews. I am looking for medium hold - with definition - or a Strong spray gel - (but not thick).

Has anyone used the Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee - doesn't it have silicones in it? (if anyone responds who uses this).

Thanks soooo very much for your time. It's a 20 mile trip to get the hair spray.

Your hair looks great btw. That's kind of my goal - eventually.

BRHG does not have silicones. I love love love it. I would actually cry over a hair product if it were discontinued. Pathetic, but true. It has a serious hold and crunch. This is what I love about it, but for some it has too hard of a hold and is unscrunchable. For me it scrunches out easily to bouncy curls. I use it straight up, but others use a pea size over the top of their usual gel, or some mix BRHG with their usual gel.
I'm 95% sure that the hairspray I mentioned in the thread above is alcohol free. I'd guess it has a medium to hard hold (I'm not good at estimating these things). I love your hair and your haircut. So cute!

Thank you, ma'am! I'm getting my first curly haircut in about a week, and I'm hoping that will help, too.

I hope you found a suitable hairspray!

I did find a suitable one. It's the Giovanni L.A. Spritz. I took the Ion back - as it just seemed to give a lot of body or "fluff" but no def. As long as the L.A. Spritz doesn't dry my hair out - it's working great - I'm pretty impressed. No flake - lots of shine. There's alcohol like the third from the last ingredient - but I think it's okay. Oh, that's last year's pic - funny what can happen in a year. I'm using it for as long as possible - because I think the gravity was worse this year than in past years. :)
