Well, only thing I can suggest now is that you should check for splits, and if you have any - trim or "search and destroy"...
I don´t really know why it doesn´t grow,I´m sorry,I hope you get some help there.:)

I started taking Biotin January 20th & my hair's grown like, 3 inches. I can tell because it's bleached & my roots are dark brown. I take 10,000mcg a day. (2 pills.) & it's done wonders for my skin btw, I haven't worn make up in so long.
COwash- Suave Juicy Apple.
Rinse-out- VO5 Passion Fruit Moisture Milks.

Calm down. If you are alive, your hair is growing. The problem is retaining the length that you grow. Growing out your hair is about keeping your ends healthy and intact for as long as possible. If you handle your hair roughly (straightening, improper washing, detangling, styling, etc) it may break off at a rate equal to that which it grows leading to an appearance of lack of growth.
Besides taking a multi-vitamin, all those hair.skin/nail vitamins don't really make a difference. It's about proper care of your hair.
How often to you detangle? How do you detangle? What styles do you wear? What products do you use? How do you wear your hair before you go to sleep at night? What tools do you use (styling, combs, brushes etc)? What's your haircare/styling regimen?
How often do you trim? (trimming too much hinders length retention)
The aforementioned play a role in length retention. Your hair is growing constantly you just need to keep it on your head)
Your hair is growing. The curliness hides that a bit. It's like a compressed Slinky vs. a stretch out Slinky. Take a pic of your hair now and then take another pic of your hair 3 months from now. You should see some length (if you don't over trim or mishandle your hair)
No 'cones, no poo... just conditioner and weekly treatments with some Burt's Bees stuff I have. I only detangle in the shower and half the time I wear my hair up.
I'm hoping I can retain this length. I dream about sexy, big, long curls!

recently chopped off about 4" - HOW LIBERATING!!! Learning to love my hair again instead of hating it for being a knotty mess.
How do you detangle? What do you detangle with?
Do you use heat at all?
ya same here! i dont understnade why it doesnt grow, i only blow dry once every 1-2 months(special occasions/concerts) i use a wide tooth comb and use a treatment every 3 - one week.
I hop in the shower, wet my locks, then I cowash. After that I will apply more conditioner and very carefully detangle with a brush. I stick my head under the water and let it get soaked, then apply a moisture treatment. I will usually squeeze out the extra moisture so it's not dripping when I step out of the shower.
I recently have stopped using a terry cloth towel and instead using some old tshirts to dry my hair.
Absolutely no heat on my hair. I air dry.
Just did a protein treatment today and I'm trying to kick it up a notch and really be gentle. I am determined!

Maybe you could try a wide tooked comb. Try that and/or finger combing befor using a comb/brush. That would put less stress on your strands and lead to less splits and tangles. You could also try apply extra leave in conditioner or a oil/butter to your ends to protect them and prevent splits.
Other than that your regimen looks great. Good luck!
