low-poo/condish rotations? Still experimenting with routines, bear with me

Over the past month and a half, I've been using DE Coconut low poo/condish just about every night to wash my hair, or at least most nights, because I work out. I've noticed that my hair looks good after I've air dried it, albeit a little puffy, but after I sleep on it I wake up and it's somehow stringy, greasy looking, and frizzy at the same time, and the curls, while still curling, are curling in odd squiggly shapes and are not at all uniform.

Lately I've been scrunching in some HE body envy gel and plopping for an hour before taking my hair down to let it dry. Then I fan it out behind me and go to sleep. When I wake up, I try and refresh it by wetting my hands and getting my hair damp, which seems to have only a little effect.

I do a PT every week (or at least, the past two weeks - I just started with them), and I don't have a silk pillowcase yet, but it's in the mail, and I'm hoping it'll help with at least keeping my curls from curling wonkily.

I've considered doing a rotation with my shampoo/condish; using my DE Coconut one, and then also trying the DE Lemon Tea Tree or Raspberry, just in case it was me overusing the DE Coconut that is causing the greasy look. (It doesn't feel greasy...)

Woo. Sorry for the long and needy post. Any advice for what my hair is doing? For three months now I've been striving for the cute, soft, bouncy curls I had as a girl, but so far my hair has just sort of been...barely cooperative. Thanks a trillion!

EDIT: I also need a haircut. Maybe once I get my layers brought up it'll give me some body, but I don't think my hair length is the root of the problem, I just thought I should mention it, just in case.

    DE coconut conditioner from vitacost
    Ingredients: Olea Europaea (olive) leaf extract*, urtica dioica (nettle) leaf extract*, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, water (aqua), cetearyl alcohol (coconut derived, behentrimonium methosulfate (rapeseed oil derived), coco nucifera (coconut) oil*, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter*, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil*, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil*, cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil*, olea europaea (olive) fruit oil*, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil*, triticum vulgare (wheat) germ oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride (coconut derived), dehydroacetic acid, cetrimonium chloride, benzyl alcohol (plant derived), glycerin, potassium sorbate (fruit derived), citric acid, fragrance (parfum).
    * = Certified Organic
    I don't really know, but the stringy/greasy/frizzy thing could be from the oils/butters in the conditioner. It is an oil heavy conditioner and it might be too many oils for your hair to handle.

    Yeah, I just bought the lemon shampoo, and I think it's going to help balance out the moisture.

    It's funny, one is for oily hair, and the other for dry. Oh well. Balance!
