I decided to go natural (again) earlier this week, so I have spent the evening searching and researching. I have been looking for a list of common items (foods) that I may have already and their benefits. I cant find anything. I have decided that CG is the way for me to go, my next task is to figure out what works best in my hair. So if you guys would help me compile a list of things and their benefits I would greatly appreciate it.
