Lightest conditioner to co-wash with?

I'm having trouble co washing. My hair is really greasy afterward and i'm having to wash with EMBS or suave clarifying shampoo every time I wet my hair. Which is every other day(I get better second day hair). I've tried using EMBC, Suave conconut, Suave aloe, and one of the VO5 milk and honeys(can't remember the name.)

Can someone recommend a lighter one?

The least moisturizing conditioners are the clarifying ones. I personally like the VO5 Kiwi and Lime squeeze, and I know some people like the Suave clarifying conditioner (I haven't tried it bc I can't find it around here). In general citrusy-type conditioners will be more cleansing and less moisturizing, but the VO5 Kiwi/Lime one is the best I've used so far for co-washing.

Thanks :) Do they still make the Kiwi and lime? I haven't been able to find it? does suave make a citrusy one?

Suave makes a Citrus Smoothie, which I liked, but it was almost as heavy as the rest of their conditioners. I can find Kiwi and Lime just about everywhere, so i don't think it's discountinued. I also saw giant bottles of it at the Dollar Tree.

I'll third the Kiwi and Lime as a cowash. You might also try just washing with water on some days. You should probably also make sure that you rinse out all of the conditioner that you wash with if you are having trouble with the greasies.

    Good luck,

I find that if I dilute my CO 1:1 with water that I get much better cleaning. I'm not sure if it just distributes better or what, but it really seems to work on my head.

Weeklyish shampoo with CO's inbetween to keep down the grease.

I THIRD the VO5 Kiwi Lime. It is my hg co-wash. Cheap and effective: my scalp always feels clean after using it.
