Post Relaxer

Now I know it's kind of a paradox to say that I have a organic/natural product regimen but i get relaxers. But its, true. All my hair products are organic but yes, I get relaxers every 3-4 months. The relaxers just loosen my curls up to a 3a-3c combination. I know that's kind of against the rules, but it works for me.

But i just started learning about hair recently and although I have no intention of giving up the creamy crack, I do wish to take care of my hair afterwards. And even though i just relax my roots, I still want to take care of my hair as best as i can after such a harsh chemical process.

I always deep condition after a relaxer, I'm just not sure if I'm using the right routine. I understand (at least i think i do) that relaxing your hair is robbing the hair of its natural protein. Should i be using a protein deep conditioner instead of my regular deep conditioning mix?

    Your hair is cute!

I think the protein deep treatments are probably a good idea...
