male here. please excuse my "newbieness" lol, but im a little confused with the 3b and 3c hair types. i read the descriptions on each but still am lost a little. so white people CAN'T have 3c hair? like is 3c only referring to kinky? sorry don't mean to be offensive or anything but im a real newb haha.

Nope, white people can absolutely have 3C hair. 3C is usually referred to as curly-kinky hair, but it is not race/ethnicity specific.
