Aphogee Protein Reconstructor

Is this needed after BKT? Or is BKT similar to aphogee since they're both protein treatments? I have some split ends where I highlighted my hair. I'm considering using the aphogee treatment to strengthen my hair.

This is just a reconstructive conditioner. I used it years ago when I was experiencing a lot of shedding. I would not use it on top of a BKT as this may increase shedding because of too much protein. Split ends simply need to be trimmed off, and increase condition condition condition. I particularly like hot oil treatments made with olive oil, honey, and black jamaican castor oil. NOTHING moisturizes my hair better.

Thank you! I will try that. I don't have jamaican castor oil, but I do have regular. I do trim the split ends that I find.
