How do you know if its a cone? :S

Im so confused, what are the main things that you have to look for in the ingredients list to make sure theres no silicones? Is there anything else i should be looking out for ? TIA :D

    "Silicones generally end in -cone, -conol, -col, or -xane and are found in many hair products. If any silicone name has the abbreviation "PEG" or "PPG" in front of it, however, it is water-soluble and will not build up."

    thank you so much! i need some new products cuz my old ones are running out, and i wanted to make sure i was using something that wouldnt wreck my hair .... btw, yur hair looks awesum in your pic :D
