Mizani Moisturizers: Anyone use them?

I was at the store today and I stumbled across these moisturizers while looking for Shea Butter.

Ingredients: Water, cocos nucifera oil/coconut oil, isopropyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, stearyl alcohol, glycerin, steareth-21, dimethicone, steareth-2, fragrance, propylene glycol, polyacrylamide, methylparaben, C13-14 isoparaffin, phenoxyethanol, sorbic acid, ethylparaben, camelina sativa oil/camelina sativa seed oil, xanthan gum, oryza sativa bran oil/rice bran oil, laureth-7, hexyl cinnamal, benzyl benzoate, limonene, coumarin, methylisothiazolinone, benzyl cinnamate, citronlellol, geraniol, benzyl alcohol

Now with all that said and the ingredients posted, most of which I don't know about, except that mineral oil is bad. So that one is ruled out I suppose. But have any of you curlies used these products? What were your results? I know the price is a bit much for these, but eh, it's Mizani, they've always been expensive.

TIA for any feedback you might have.

I used the Rose H2O once a couple years ago. It really didn't work for my hair and and when I became more leary of mineral oil, I started using it less and less until I finished it out.
It is greasy and left my hair slick but not very moisturized. I felt like it was just sitting on my hair.
The fragrance is also very 'heavy' (for lack of a better word).
I wouldn't try it again, unless I had no choice and even then I would use it as a pre-poo at most.

The other products you listed I've never tried. Although I will tell you that Mizani makes this thermal protectant/straightening serum that's you use with blow-outs. It's 'Da Bomb'

    :)

I'm tempted to just try the butter rich one . .. but I can't see myself spending $15 just to try something out.

    $15? Nope, don't think I'll be trying that. :confused1:

I've used the Rose H2O as a relaxed-head... Did it's job in making my hair feel "smooth" and "wet", but didn't provide any type of "real" moisture.

I've also used it on my natural hair and was left with a coated feeling. Meh... Don't plan on using it ever again.

That coated feeling was probably from the mineral oil that's in it.

Yep, I agree... My relaxed hair used to love mineral oil, my natural hair -- NOT! :-/

When I was relaxed I used the rose h2o and it didn't do anything for my hair at all. Just coated feeling. I ended up giving it to my co-worker.
Now their Moisturefuze (sp?) conditioner is the BOMB! I remember it on relaxed hair and it moisturized my hair to a T. I also added a carrot oil to it and NEVER got split end or breakage. However I am not sure how well it works on natural hair because I couldn't handle the high behind price. I think it was $12. Hmmm..not sure if it is CG friendly cause it sure ain't pocket friendly. lol

Mmm MMM. I don't do them parabens. :sad3:

I'm not even one of those "CG method" fanatics (no offense ya'll! :salute:) but I just don't like parabens in my things. I DO remember using the rose water when I was relaxed, like someone above me mentioned, and liking how moisturized my hair felt...

Too much money for some mineral oil and non water soluble cones though, if you ask me :)
