I noticed every product I purchase has some type of protein in it. I just realized that I'm protein sensitive. After I use a product with protein my scalp itches or my hair gets dry. Some things I didn't know were considered a protein were aloe vera, soybean oil, and hydrolyzed collagen. I had to give up my Giovanni Tea Tree Conditioner and Leave-In. The shampoo is fine. Now, I'm scared to put anything on my hair. My hair dry. I have a TWA. I just put water and oil on my hair today after doing a low-poo and conditioner. The conditioner I use is VO5 Raspberry. I may have to take other people's advice and use conditioner as a leave in and moisturizer.
