Hair is greasier when using shampoo?

So I've noticed that my hair is greasier if I use shampoo (like one or two days after) I shampoo, or low-poo even, than when I just co-wash. Is this weird? Does this happen to anyone else?

Anyway, that's why I hate using shampoos and love co-washing! :love4:

Perhaps you are using a shampoo with oils in it? Some people's hair does not react well with certain oils.

    My hair loves oil. HTH!

Your hair is probably greasier with regular old shampoo than with CO-washing because the sulfates stripped away a lot of moisture -- so much that your scalp is producing extra oils to compensate with it. HTH! :)
