ShiKai Daily Moisture Conditioner

I purchased this from Ulta because the ingredients looked great. I really, really wanted to like this conditioner but I don't think I will repurchase because I have to use too much to get the result that I want (it has a very runny/watery consistency. Its a good moisturizer, with average detangling/slip. I tried it as a conditioner after a conditioner-wash w/ Suave, I used it as a conditioner after shampooing, and as a leave in. I felt it worked best as a follow up to a conditioner only wash.

I feel this may work for looser/silkier curl types that are looking for a moisture kick and a small amount of weight. I would not recommend using on the scalp because I found it made my scalp feel like it had buildup even though my hair felt fine. I will use up the bottle I have but will probably not repurchase because my dry hair soaks up too much of it :?

I just bought this at Ulta, too! I only tried it once so far. I don't think I used enough. Like you said, it is so runny-I think I got more on my neck than in my hair. I will give it one more try, and see if using more helps. I thought it would be incredibly moisturizing from the ingredient list, but it didn't feel like it was anything special.

You can return items to Ulta for a refund within sixty days if you have your receipt.

    Take care,
