What brand of Aloe vera should i use on my hair

Hello everyone

I am new to creating my own hair products. I wanted to make the hair moisturizer with aloe vera and distilled water.

I was wonder if anyone could tell me what brands of aloe vera work on hair. If anyone has a recipe to get the perfect measurements for the hair moisturizer. I would greatly appreciate it. The website says make the perfect mixture but it doesn't say how much to mix.

I use Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gel. It's a dietary supplement. Here are the ingredients: Aloe Vera Gel, Carrageenan (Thickening Agent), Citric Acid (oxidation inhibitor), Potassium Sorbate (mold inhibitor).

I use it in my spritz (water/aloe vera gel/honey) and shea butter mix (shea butter/aloe vera gel/ honey). I don't add any extra preservatives and my mixes hold up just fine.

I use lily of the desert aloe vera jelly. Its your topical use only. I find it less drying than the Friut of the Earth brand. It does not play too well with some of my hair products though.

Certified organic aloe vera barbadensis juice (gel), lactobacillus/arundinaria gigantea extract (bamboo), gluscose (perservative), carboner (thickner), aloe barbadensis leaf polysaccharides (certified organic aloesorb™), tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), phenoxyethanol (perservative), glucose oxidase (and) lactoperoxidase, (perservative) and sodium hydroxide (ph adjuster).

I use the ones meant as a dietary supplement, often found in the vitamin section. The other kind of aloe vera found in the sunscreen/body lotion area often has alcohol or other ingredients I don't want in my hair.
