Heavy duty deep conditioning?

What're your most moisturizing deep conditioning recipes? My hair has been shampooed 9 times in 2 days (don't ask.. really REALLY terrible build up), and is just really dry right now. I live in CT, and winter is starting to hit, so the cold weather hasn't been helping. I'm going to blow dry and flat iron my hair tomorrow as well, so I'd rather at least try to put [some] moisture back into it before stripping it even farther.

The best homemade deep conditioner I ever made was avocados, mayo, and EVOO. I do this as a pre-poo regimen every week. I sometimes alternate with a mixture of coconut oil, coconut milk & honey. Here is the recipe I use for moisturizer. I affectionatley call it: "Cris-CoCo Butter"
1tsp. heaping Crisco (shocker right lol)
2tbs. coconut oil, heaping
1tsp. evoo
2tsp. aloe vera gel
EO's of your choice
Whip & mix well.
I apply this damp or dry hair.
I rarley get build-up but when I do I use lemon juice with a little water. However you can add 1/2 lemon juice to 1/2 conditioner and use it that way if you'd like. hth
