Reviews of Reformulated Products

I think that when a product is completely reformulated nc.com should erase the reviews that pertain to the product's old formulation in the "Product Reviews" section. For example, Curl Junkie just reformulated the Gentle Cleansing Shampoo and the new ingredients bear little resemblance to the old ingredients. I think it's only fair that the old reviews are deleted, or put in an archive, because it's almost an entirely new product that we're talking about. The old reviews are no longer relevant. This applies to all products that have been reformulated in any brand line. Just a suggestion.

I agree. We make a call case-by-case on every reformulation. What we usually do is leave the old one, since it's often still out there, and simply add the new.

Not sure what we did with the product you mention; I'll try to remember to check.
