What would you say Taylor Swift's hair type is?

Some 2b in the back, mostly (using FIA) 2c/F/iii.

Fine hair, normal porosity, and normal elasticity.

I'm still new to this CG stuff, so ANY tips you could give me are appreciated. :)

I have Celiac Disease, which means I can't eat or use products with wheat in it.

I see some spirals and some S-waves...maybe a 2c/3a mix? It kind of looks like she fingercombed through her curls in that pic.
2c/3a with 2b underlayer. Fine, porous. Loves protein. But not hydrolized wheat protein. Yuck.

    I reckon it's mostly 2c with a little 3a in places!
If she used some leave in conditioner, gel etc, then she might have 3a/3b hair!

    It's pretty 3ish.

I'll find a pic later, but in videos of her as a child it looks really curly. She often sets her hair with a curling iron.

Color me stupid here, but I guess I don't understand the difference between an S-wave for type 2 girls, and a "spiral" curl for type 3 girls. My hair looks like both of those pictures StayBeautiful linked, and it also looks a lot like a lot of the pictures in the 3A pics thread in the 3A forum. But if I've ever asked input from anyone, I'm typed a "wavy." My hair curls from the root and bounces up and does not fit the 2c description on NC.com at all, it's not coarse, it's not resistant to styling, etc. It does frizz a little but what curly doesnt. But my waves are "wavier" than what I'd call a 2b. But I don't see a lot of obvious spiral formation.

I know it doesn't matter on the grand scale of hair care and it's just a fun thing, but to me, that first pic of her looks like S waves. I wouldn't type Taylor's hair any "curlier" than 2C. I love her hair. To me, a 3A is like CalamityM, or BoticelliBabe - big, very obvious, spirals.

I guess I'm just curious where you draw the line between S waves and Spiral Curls?

I think she's more in the 2 zone than she lets on. She's a wavy. I don't know much about her, but I remember reading her saying her hair is very frizzy, and that she "touches up" her curls with a spiral iron in the morning. Any photo of her on a red carpet or on an album cover is going to be styled hair. I found this article with a lot of pictures of her as a child and her early teens. /home/leaving?target=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.pophistorydig.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2009%2F05%2Ftaylor-age-13-50.jpg" class="Popup I suspect that maybe the one at age 13 with the guitar is the real Taylor. It looks like the kind of fine, fluffy, wavy hair that can be flatter or wavier depending on the weather.

Definitely on the border between 2c and 3a in that pic. She looks great!
2c, fine, extremely dense, color-treated, high porosity.
