I would like to echo this question. I was actually just going to ask something to this effect.
Hair type: 3a, med-low porosity, decent elasticity, thin, med-fine. (I think)

    Hair Routine:
    Low-poo: Burt's Bee's Pomegranate and Soy
Co-wash: V05 Kiwi Clarifying Conditioner, Condish: V05 Kiwi Clarifying Conditioner, Giovanni TTTT, honey
    Leave In: GVP Conditioning Balm
Styling: Biotera Curl Cream, Sweet Almond Oil
    Techniques: Icequeen method

Hair likes: GVP CB, Biotera Curl Cream, Almond Oil (when wet).
    Hair dislikes: gel, plopping.

Hair Goal: Healthy, soft, defined, waist length curls!

I've done yogurt PTs and they help me with breakage.
    Curl Type: 2b/2c
    Porosity: Normal
Elasticity: Normal (I get breakage when I pre-poo and then when I shampoo it all out and then some more over the course of the next 24 hours.)
    Texture: Medium

What do you do with the yogurt? How much? How long? Should your hair be wet or no?

I apply the yogurt, using a brush used in haircoloring, to dry hair and then put on a shower cap for at least an hour. Then, I shampoo and condition it as usual.

1 packet of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/4 to 1/3 cup boiling water (let it cool some) add a few drops of oil or a teaspoon of conditioner and a pinch of citric acid or about 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar. Apply, leave on (ideally, with heat) and rinse out.
This is hydrolyzed collaged and it works really well.
