I really like both Komaza and Marie Dean. They really aren't similar at all IMO. Marie Dean products are richer, but don't weigh my curls down. Bear in mind, my hair doesn't get weighed down easily with any product. For me Komaza works better in lower dews. My hair properties are in my siggy. HTH

Do you have problems with any of the ingredients in the pudding? Some have issues with Castor oil. Did you top it off with gel for more hold? When I use it, it's after LI and then I top it off wih a mix of FSG and BRHG. My curls are not porous so maybe it's a porosity issue? :dontknow:IDK, sometimes new to you products take some experimentation. Maybe do a search to see how others have used it and their results.
