Is Garnier Instant Color Sealer Lightweight Leave In CG friendly? It's been so long since I actually looked at ingredients on something I am just not sure.     The ingredient phenoxyethanol is slightly water soluble. Won't hurt to try it with a CG routine and see how it works.
