Can You Tell Me Which One Of These Products Has Protein???

Ok I'm going to list all of my current products and I would like to know which ones contain protein:

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner
Tresemme Naturals Moisturizing Conditioner
Suave Naturals Aloe and Water Lily
Giovanni Smooth as Silk Conditioner
Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Conditioner
Nature's Gate Jojoba Conditioner
Nature's Gate Aloe Vera Conditioner

I may have a protein overload, so I am trying to locate the culprits that I may be using too much of....

TIA !!!!!!

I believe the jojoba conditioner contains some protein. The "keratin amino acids" are a protein if I'm not mistaken. If you want to know if a product contains protein, look for things like silk protein, soy protein, silk amino acids, hydrolyzed collagen protein, wheat protein, or wheat amino acids. I got this list from an article called "Are You Unknowingly Giving Your Hair a Protein Overload?" that can be found here:

I don't think you're using a whole lot of protein in your hair. What makes you think you may be overloading on protein? Any symptoms? It may be something totally different bothering you!
:batman: 2b/cFi, low density, normal porosity, high elasticity

    Low-poo
: Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle
    Conditioner
: Suave Naturals (whatever scent I have on hand)
    Styling
: Paul Mitchell Round Trip, Tresemme Climate Control Finishing Spray

My hair just overall feels a little dry and I'm having about an inch or so of breakage at the ends, and I don't use any heat on my ends and I've been CG for 7 months now. So I can't figure out what it might be. :(

I read in your sig that you co-wash with Suave Coconut, which has protein in it. Maybe opt for a different co-wash since that's the product you probably use the most? And when was the last time you had a trim? I had one over the summer, but my ends are already looking pretty shabby because I didn't trim off enough. Other than that, maybe go for a protein-free deep treatment a few times a week until things improve a little! Protein is a tricksy little thing that works its way into a lot of products without you realizing it. My hair loves it, but yours may not.

the GFTN...I don't remember if it has protein BUT it might have something in it that acts like it because it strengthens so try laying off of that.
