I'm makeing cinnamon rolls right now and I'm trying to decide which glaze to make the caramel (or is it carmal) kind of glaze like you'd put on monkey bread or the white powdered suger glaze. The both sound good right now so I need help

Yeah I agree half and half. Did you make them from scratch? If so can you post a recipe?

I did make them from scratch and I ended up doing a white glaze only because I didn't feel like making the caramel one that you have to cook on the stove

Here's the recipe for my cinnamon rolls I use the bread machine to mix everything but I'm sure you could mix it the old fashion way

    Cinnamon Rolls
    1C Water
    2T Butter or Margarine softened
    1 egg
    3 1/3C Flour
    1/4C sugar
    1t Salt
    1pkg yeast

Filling I don't measure this but here's what I use
Brown sugar maybe 1 1/2 cups or a little more
    Cinnamon
I mix the cinnamon in the brown sugar and taste it to see if it taste ok and then just adjust it if needed

    1. Place all dough ingrediants in bread pan in order listed. Select the dough cycle (on mine it's 9)

    2. Grease pan, mix sugar and cinnamon, roll out dough. Spread butter on the dough and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. Bake in 375 preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

If you don't feel like making your own dough you could buy one of the mixes that's in the baking isle or you could go to the freezer section and buy the frozen bread dough it's really good to

ETA I forgot to tell you to roll dough up and cut but I figured you would all know that but you never know my son asked me how I was going to get that big thing in the pan lol to funny he just knew I had screwed something up and they wouldn't end up like his grandma's

Thanks  y'all know my spelling sucks

The cinnamon rolls were so good and about gone after we each had one after supper last night and then one for breakfast it's not taking long to clean out the pan.
