help loosen curls?

in Curly Teens
hey okay so I'd say my hair is 3bish and i have a LOT of hair! So my curls aren't very big (like theyre not very many strands of hair in a curl if that make sense) I want my curlss to be less corkscrewwy and more looser-wavy curls. I know like wavy hair is probably out of the question but I was wondering if you guys had any products/tips/techniques or anything to help loosen my curls?
thanks!(:

Hiya
I have been also looking for looser curls myself. My hair is 3a-3bish, then the ends tend to be very corkscrewy and it drives me crazy cos I've been doing everything to make the curl fatter, even roller setting. That works for a while, perhaps i need to master the technique. I've tried lots of things and my curls always kink back again :P
At the moment, I have been using a curling iron (most curlies here would tell me off) but oh well it helps me open up the curls for longer time. I am not following the CH method strictly, I am using a sulfate free poo and cones here and there. I would suggest getting a good serum or something like that, it helps me tame my curls when they go mad. Also a leave in conditioner helps my curls to get a smooth soft feel. At the moment, I am using Tigi's catwalk Curlesque line, which is quite nice...the shampoo and condish are very hydrating. If you're going to be playign with your hair and with heat or so, don't forget to deep condition your hair often so it's in good condition.
Hope that helps
