VERY upset with Curlmart customer service!

I palced an order with Curlmart for some hair goodies. They were supposedly delivered by UPS on my doorstep, about 15 minutes before I came home. However, althought UPS had the right address and says it was delivered, I have not seen the package :( The UPS driver in my neighborhood knows me - I can't see how he could have messed up, my neighbors have not seen it.. I dunno; but it ain't here! I'm very upset - and out $30 hard earned bucks.

I wrote CurlMart twice about this to ask if they would instigate a UPS claim. AND so far, they just say 'UPS says it was delivered'. I KNOW that - but I do not have my products.

Well, if this is their policy, I will not be ordering again, that's for sure!
