    I practice yoga/meditation for 60 - 90 mins each morning. In addition I'll take the dogs for a walk each day and I do 30 pushups each evening.

    Since I'm not in school right now, I'm riding my bike for 2+ hours whenever I want.
    Once school starts back up, I'll do it before classes on days I go after 12 and after classes on days that start at 8 lol!

    Heavy weight lifting with select days of short high-intensity cardio.

    Evening during the week after work and whenever I feel like it at the weekend.

    After work I do cardio for 50-60 minutes. At the weekend I use weights and do cardio.
    Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.

    I feel my best and do a better workout later in the day. Sometimes I'll be up in my workout room at midnight.

    I lift 3-4 times a week, use my resistance bands 4-5 times a week, do walk/run intervals 3-4 times a week, and walk almost every day (might be just 1 mile might be 10, around 4 mph unless it's super hot).
    I sometimes do floor work - crunches, planks, bends, stretches - but only when I think of it.
    It sounds like I work out alot but I usually stick to 10-20 minutes for each thing, except for long mileage walks.
    --I'm located in Western PA.   --I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, joined the forums in May 2005, started going grey in late 2005.   --My hair is 3B with some 3A, currently at mid back length when dry,  texture-medium/fine, porosity-top is low, middle is medium, ends are porous, elasticity-normal.   --My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, coconut oil, honey, vinegar.

    Being a morning person, I workout first thing. I am up at 5am and out the door by 5:30.

    I complete a 3.7 mile loop 7 days a week. I alternate days of walking and walking/jogging. Usually takes me 60 minutes for walking and 45-50 minutes for walking/jogging. I lift weights every day. I alternate between upper body and lower body. I do sit-ups and stretching every day. There are days when I fit in an exercise tape in the early afternoon.

    I woke up for the first time at 630 today I felt great, I think I'll do morning work outs its so peaceful in the morning. Although I voted for night.

    Ditto! Prefer afternoon. I love lifting heavy and 20 min of HIIT!!

    i was getting up at 5 in the morning to exercise, but after doing research linking foot pain and early exercise, i've switched to evenings. ♥

    My workouts are all over the place. I was doing it in the morning, but now I am at work by 5:30 so I don't anymore. I try to do it around 6pm but it doesn't always work.

    I tend to do 40 mins of cardio/weight resistance.

    I prefer the afternoon 4 or 5pm. I normally do videos at home, mostly step aerobics. I also practice yoga for at least a half hour, four days a week. Occasionally I take dance classes: ballet, african, or modern.

    I like to get my workout in M-F, in the early a.m. That way, other things don't interfere. I treadmill for cardio, and lift weights for strength training. I also do sit-ups first thing in the a.m. when I get out of bed.
    Your hair is your most important accessory.
