Cali girl preparing for southern humidity

Okay, so I've been to the south a few times, north carolina, south carolina, georgia, and tennessee. The thing is I don't know how to prepare my hair for the humidity. The last time I went to the south my hair was straight and because it was heat damaged straight I had no real worries, this time I'm all natural and I hear some stories about the humidity. I know a lot of you ladies are from hotter humid climate areas, which products hold up well in your opinion.

Currently the only products I have in stock are Oyins Shine and Define, [buylink=]Whipped Pudding[/buylink] and Honeyhemp Condish; sample size of [buylink=]Miss Jessies Curly Meringue[/buylink], [buylink=]Curly Pudding[/buylink] and Quick curls; Afroveda's Curl Define, CocoLatte Butter, and Totally Twisted Butter; [buylink=]Kinky Curly Knot Today[/buylink], Spiral Spritz, and Curling Custard; CurlJunkie [buylink=]Aloe Fix[/buylink].

Are any of these good ones to take with me on my 3 week trip to ATL and Nashville? If so, how do you use it to style your hair?
