What treatment is best for me?

Hi. I have 2C/3A/3B frizz/poof-prone hair.
In its curly form, it pretty much sits on my shoulders.
I want to have less/no frizz and a looser curl pattern, but not a "straightener", really.
I want a wash-and-go type of look-- I don't want to have lifeless in-between hair that needs extra styling to look either curly or straight.
Should I try to get a treatment, and if so, which one?
I have colored my hair before, but I am not actively maintaining this color.

2C roots, 3A/3B for the rest.
currently growing out... pulled down the longest part of hair is a little past the armpit.

curly goals: GROWING OUT! :toothy8:

routine: Condition daily with Nature's Gate Conditioner, shampoo once a week with Organix Hydrating Shampoo .
Wrap in t-shirt and let dry for ten minutes. Scrunch with Redken Ringlet 07 and blow-dry bangs.

but it's not so much about the "type" of treatment brazillian blow out vs brazilian keratin, but more so the technique used, an dhow much product is used on your hair. Also, most BKTs have formeldahyde so the fumes might bother you, wherease the BB, I'm hearing doesn't have the fume issue. Also, depending upon which treatment you get you may have to walk around with flat lifeless hair for 4 days, so you'll want to make sure your stylist has the a 24 hr treatment for you.

All in all, I say find a good stylist and talk to her about what you want. A good stylist will change her technique so you can get the curls you want. I wish I had known that!

I've had the Coppola Keratin Treatment twice so far, once last August and once this April. I love it!! My hair is about a 2b-c, and after the treatment it became a 2a. For the first month after I got it done, my hair was straight, shiny, soft, and silky. I just air-dried it everyday!! It was wonderful - no frizz at all. It has been 3 months now, and it's just starting to wear off now, but it's still pretty good - most of my wavy curl is back, but still not as frizzy. I just wish it lasted a little longer. I paid $300 for it (which I feel is a lot), and I had to wait the 72 hours to wash it, but it's worth it.

I wash my hair everyday, so it doesn't last as long. If you wash your hair less often, it will last longer. Oh, and my hair is also colored.

    Good luck with your choice!!
