Clarifying shampoo?

I just started a modified CG routine about a week ago. I went from my bad shampoo/conditioner to Deva's LowPoo and OneC. After reading this site more, I realized that I was supposed to clarify my hair to get rid of the silicones. I went to the store yesterday to look for something, but I may have gotten the wrong product. I ended up getting the Suave Daily Clarifying. Before using it this morning, I looked closer at the ingredients, and discovered it has PEG/PPG-20/15 Dimethicone, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, and Methylisothiazolinone1. I think the PEG 'cone is ok. What about the others? It only cost $1, so it isn't a big loss if I bought the wrong one. If anyone has a recommendation for a good clarifying shampoo, I'd appreciate it. I'm just starting out on this whole "treat my curls right" endeavour, and so will take as much help as I can get!

Thanks! I'll look for that. I didn't see any Giovanni at Target when I looked, but maybe I missed them. I was planning to go to Wegman's to look for some AO conditioners. I'll see if I can find the Giovanni, too.

You're right, the peg-dimeth. is water soluble and thus fine (unless you happen to be sensitive to it). The "M&M"s are preservatives, not 'cones. :-) Many CGers used and recommend that very product as the last sulfate wash. Good luck!
