Salons/Stylists in the Greensboro NC area...

Hi all. It's been quite a while since I've gotten a trim (almost a year... yikes!) but going to the salon is a huge ordeal for me. Let's just say I've had a few duds, bad haircuts and people who just didn't understand my hair at all. I have 3b/3c hair and really need to find a good stylist ASAP. I've had my eye on the Jade Aveda Concept salon because I've heard really good things about Mark Pedersen, but I wasn't sure that they serviced people of color or dealt with kinkier hair. I have also heard good things about Bailey's on Elm. Does anyone know anything about these salons or Mark Pedersen? If not, does anyone have any recommendations? Price really isn't an issue.

I'd also love to know if there's anyone in this area who can cut my hair. I'm in dire need of haircut, but I want to make sure it's in safe hands first, haha. Anyone got anything?
