adapted from my new cookbook The Mayo Clinic Williams Sonoma cookbook

Honey Chicken

3 tbs of wheat germ (I used multigrain melba toast crushed into crumbs)
2 tbs honey
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs canned apricot nectar
3/4 tbs of soy soauce
6 skinless chickne breast halves

combine ingredients except chicken. spoon over chicken. bake in 375 degree oven

411 calories per serving 2 gram fat

for a snack I've been eating multi grain slice of bread with a tsp of honey and cinamon sprinkled on top.
