How long would you wait before filing a complaint w/Paypal?

It has been over month since I placed an order with Oyin & I have yet to get my order or a return email or phone call....I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (maybe there was death in the family or an illness) but this is no way to run a business.... :(

    Do it.
If you wait too long you'll be SOL.

I agree. Do it ASAP. The nice thing about PayPal disputes is you can always cancel it if you get your order soon.

If you placed the order a month ago and you tried emailing and phone calling them, with no response, I probably would have filed a complaint before now.
When are women going to face the fact that they don’t know their own bodies as well as men who have heard things?

I know, but "nice" me was giving her the benefit of the doubt since I have ordered from her before....

Don't you have to file a PayPal complaint within 30 days?

Wow. Thats unusual for them. I have always received excellent service. Unfortunately, at this point, I would file the dispute.

It's within 45 calendar days of payment, so she's cutting it pretty close.

If thats the case, then she can take it up with her own credit card company or bank. What was your method of payment?

Go ahead and file that dispute! And don't feel bad about it- the services/goods were not received!

First, file with Paypal IMMEDIATELY, and contact your bank in the interim to see what they may be able to do as well.

Slight guano: I got an email from "paypal" yesterday. It was a receipt for the piece of quartz I paid $275 for!!!! NOT!!! There was a link to click to dispute it. Instead of clicking the link, I sent the email to spoof@paypal.com. Sure enough it was fake. Paypal said that if I had clicked on the link in the email, it probably would have asked me to login or asked for other personal info. Then I would have been screwed. Be careful with emails that are supposedly from Paypal or Ebay. It looked VERY legitimate.
