I want to keep my curls but...

Hey all, I'd like to keep my curls, they taken a long time to grow, but I'd like them to lie a little flatter. I put some product in my hair which makes the curls a little tighter, that neatens things up a bit which is good but if i could I'd like not to use the product. Without it my hair is much wavier but I have Loooads of hair, its so thick. So it stands up and looks frizzy. Any ideas?

Try using a leave in conditioner. I like the shescentit coco cream leave in, but even a bit of regular conditioner added back in should help.

agree...
maybe try using a leave in conditioner and a very little bit of some kind of gel, for a little bit of hold without making it stiff and to controlled.

garnier curl scruch gel isn't bad imo.
