what shampoo/cond to use

What is the best shampoo and conditioner to use after getting the Coppola Keratin treatment? I've heard so many different opinions.
Hair Type - wavy/curly, fine texture, thin/medium density

Most BKT companys want you to use a salt (socdium chloride free) shampoo. Living Proof shampoo is what I recommend or [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Jessicurl-Hair-Cleansing-Cream-p-103.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=jessicurl-hair-cleansing-cream]Jessicurl Cleansing Cream[/buylink] or Gentle lather shampoo. A lot of my curlies don't even use shampoo they just do a conditioner wash so its not a worry.

You need to get a sodium chloride-free shampoo. I rotate shampoos. I use Coppola Keratin Color Care Shampoo (this is what they recommended when I got the Coppola Keratin treatment). I tend to find this weighs my hair down and makes it feel greasy, so I alternate it with Nature's Gate Mandarin Orange Shampoo. You can find this at health food stores or some grocery stores (I get it at Kings grocery store - not sure if you have any of those near you). Also, [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/DevaCurl-LowPoo-p-54.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=devacurl-devacurl-lowpoo]DevaCurl Low-Poo[/buylink] and Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat shampoos are good - can find at beauty supply stores like Harmon's or Target.
